TATA Leadership Academy offers a number of programs to (a) develop and strengthen leadership competencies, (b) enhance communication skills, (c) nurture their passions and (d) ignite their creative and entrepreneurial mindset. TLA through its programs, across age groups, enables our youth to broaden their horizons, be better prepared as they navigate the college admission process and identify their dream career path. Some of our programs are:
